The IGT Ridolfo is a surprisingly magical union of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Pugnitello (50%). This wine perfectly integrates internationality and tradition and offers another interpretation of the splendid terroir of Monti in Chianti, within Chianti Classico. Sourced from best bunches of a single vineyard in Cherchi’s estate, Tuvaoes is a standard-bearer for high quality Sardinian Vermentino. Featuring a fine concentration of flavors, Tuvaoes is textured and rich while showing off a depth of minerality that this corner of the island is known for, a result of Mistral Wind influence that precedes the Rhône Valley.

Les Galuches is an organic 7ha plot of Cabernet Franc in sandy soils of Chinon. The wine sees little in the way of winemaking manipulation, allowing the purity of the fruit to shine.
